Convention Registration

Check-In

Convention check-in for the 49th Alaska FFA Convention will be located in the lobby of the Glenn Massey Theater.

Chapter Submission Folders

Below is the link to the Google Drive Folders where all materials required to be submitted before convention may be uploaded. This includes materials for competitive events by their specified dates, delegate issues proposals, waivers, etc. 

2025 Chapter Submission Folders

Types of Registration

State convention registration will open on February 10, 2025. Convention registration will be completed via Jotform. Please note, advisor must register their students. Students may not self-register. Registration can be started and saved via Jotform or filled out as a downloaded PDF. 

Regular Registration

For FFA chapters.

Note: Late chapter registrations will result in a fee. 

 

PDF submissions of registration will not include the t-shirt order. That can be filled out separately. 

Guest Registration

Convention guests must register if they plan to attend convention activities, sessions, and take part in meals. Guests include parents & family members past officers, alumni & supporters, industry representatives, and other community members who are not active FFA members, chapter advisors, or chaperones. 

Convention Attendee Liability Waiver, Code of Conduct, & Medical Authorization Forms

Each member is required to review and complete the attached form with a parent/guardian. Advisors will be responsible for turning in completed forms at convention registration or to the chapter folders. Please ensure your members review the Code of Conduct before attending official FFA events.
